How routing works
When a buyer verifies their phone after viewing this property, the selected builder is notified by SMS at their configured contact phone.
If the builder has dashboard access, the lead also appears in their inbox. Per PFD §E, builder identity is never shown to the buyer during browsing.
Changing the assigned builder does not retroactively re-route past leads.
